  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Medical Reports and Correspondence: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, ensuring the highest level of security and confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
