About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an office administrator and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient administrative tasks completion.

The selected candidate will also assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation while working collaboratively with our team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
