Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Haulage North America Inc.
About the Role- This is a temporary position with a work term of 32 to 40 hours per week, available for candidates who can commit to this schedule.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff.
- Administrative Support: The Office Administrator will provide general administrative support to our office staff, including tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Services: The candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Policies and Procedures: The successful candidate will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Payroll Administration: The candidate will oversee and co-ordinate payroll administration.
- Training and Development: The Office Administrator will train staff on new policies and procedures and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Conflict Resolution: The candidate will resolve conflict situations in the workplace.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
