Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain an organized inventory system.
  • Perform tasks related to correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
