About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Intyk Inc. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Performance Measurement
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on marketing performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
