Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations are enforced, maintaining a safe and responsible environment for our customers and staff.
- Health and Safety
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value for our business.
- Customer Relations
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operational Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet business objectives.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 40 hours per week.
