Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
* Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a compliant and responsible environment
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect our guests and employees
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services
* Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
