Restaurant Operations Manager

At T & T Marketing Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our fast food restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular evaluations of our restaurant's daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Revenues and Labor Costs: Analyze sales data and labor costs to ensure we are meeting our financial targets and make adjustments as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Activities: Develop and implement daily schedules and plans to ensure seamless execution of our restaurant's operations.
- Set Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our team members to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
- Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Interact with Clients and Handle Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation for our restaurant.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant to ensure seamless execution and high-quality customer service.
- Employment Type: This is a permanent position.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
