Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to staff
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
