Job Title: Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at 7-Eleven. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales, guest engagement, and store simplification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute in-store marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and guest engagement
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to support sales plans with effective in-store marketing creative and placement
- Coordinate and lead all promotional activations with vendor partners and proprietary promotions
- Provide superior creative and promotional plans to support tests, digital innovation, and new stores

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of related experience
- Strong reading and writing skills to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing plans
- Basic math skills for budget reconciliations and print cost evaluations
- Intermediate computer skills to perform communication elements of the position
