Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies
The Hotel Front Desk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.
Staff Recruitment and ManagementThe successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff members, as well as supervising and managing their performance to ensure that they are meeting the expectations of the company.
Customer Service and RelationsThe Hotel Front Desk Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional customer service.
Training and DevelopmentThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions for staff members, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Negotiation and CommunicationThe Hotel Front Desk Manager will be responsible for negotiating with clients for the use of facilities, as well as communicating with staff members and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met.
Front Desk OperationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Marketing and PromotionThe Hotel Front Desk Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing activities to promote the hotel and its services, as well as ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Policy EnforcementThe successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, as well as addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Work SchedulingThe Hotel Front Desk Manager will be responsible for establishing work schedules for staff members, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
