Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Conduct performance reviews, provide training sessions, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing activities to promote the hotel's services and products, and negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform front desk duties, establish work schedules, and enforce policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
