About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at 2693908 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Policies

The Hotel Front Desk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.

Staff Recruitment and Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff members, as well as supervising and managing their performance to ensure that they are meeting the expectations of the hotel.

Customer Service and Relations

The Hotel Front Desk Manager will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Promotion

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing activities to promote the hotel and its services, as well as negotiating with clients for the use of facilities.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation

The Hotel Front Desk Manager will be responsible for conducting performance reviews and training sessions to ensure that staff members are meeting the expectations of the hotel.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Supervision

1 to 2 people
