Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Indian Masala Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Ensure that our restaurant meets all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
