Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management
- Monitor and control revenues, expenses, and profits to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Staff accommodation available.
- Permanent work term.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
