About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at A & W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
