About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanliness and Sanitation Professional to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean bakery equipment, roof, fans, ceilings, walls, and floors using specific procedures as directed.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of cleaning performed and inform the Area Leader/Supervisor of any unsanitary practices that may be occurring in the plant.
  • Changeovers: Follow sanitation procedures during changeovers.
  • Master Cleaning Schedule: Perform duties assigned from the Master Cleaning Schedule.
  • Continuous Improvement: Create a continuous improvement environment by improving products, service, and processes with the objective to reduce waste within the area while striving for efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift upwards of 50lbs.
  • Education: Completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous sanitation experience would be an asset.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and adherence to defined work methods.
