We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at EPCM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the team and the company.
  • Grounds Maintenance
    • Plan and direct the maintenance and upkeep of grounds, including planting, pruning, and other landscaping tasks.
    • Ensure that all grounds maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including equipment, buildings, and other infrastructure.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Administration and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of grounds maintenance activities, including staff hours, materials used, and other relevant data.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Ability to plan and direct grounds maintenance activities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.

    • Work Term: Permanent.

    • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
