Your Role: Shaping the Future of Open World Gaming

  • Collaborate with the core team to define a unique and forward-thinking creative vision for our AAA title.
  • Develop scalable content production pipelines and tools that empower our design vision.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of technical designers, fostering their professional growth and maximizing their contributions.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between multiple disciplines to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Champion innovation across all design disciplines, driving the creation of cutting-edge gameplay experiences.
  • Define performance budgets for each game component, optimizing data to deliver exceptional quality.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive studio environment that reflects our core values.

What We Seek: A Leader with Technical Expertise and Creative Vision

  • Minimum eight years of professional experience in AAA game development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience shipping at least two AAA open-world titles, including one released during the current generation of consoles (PS4/XBOX ONE).
  • Strong technical proficiency with game development tools and technologies.
  • A deep understanding of the video game industry landscape and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • A passion for innovation, particularly in the design and development of open-world games.
  • Experience developing within and extending Unreal Engine 4 is a significant advantage.
