Requirements:
What We Seek:
- A minimum of eight years of experience in AAA game development.
- Proven track record of shipping at least two AAA open-world titles, including one on current-generation consoles.
- Strong technical expertise with game development tools and technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the video game industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation, particularly in the realm of open-world game design.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 is advantageous.
