TiMi Studio Group, a renowned game development powerhouse, is embarking on an ambitious journey to create a captivating new AAA multi-platform game. We are assembling a talented team of passionate individuals dedicated to crafting immersive open world experiences that will enthrall players worldwide.
Your Role: Shaping Immersive Worlds Through ArtAs our Character Art Director, you will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life. You will lead and inspire a team of artists, ensuring the highest artistic standards are met throughout the development process. Your expertise will shape the visual identity of our game, creating memorable characters and creatures that inhabit our expansive worlds.
Responsibilities:- Artistic Direction & Quality Control: Establish and maintain a cohesive artistic vision for the project, ensuring consistency across all character designs and assets.
- Character Creation Excellence: Produce high-quality characters and creatures that are technically sound and artistically compelling, seamlessly integrating with the game's universe and visual style.
- Collaboration & Feedback Integration: Work closely with stakeholders, including producers, designers, and animators, to gather feedback and implement it effectively.
- Visual Quality Enhancement: Continuously strive to elevate the visual quality of characters, providing constructive criticism and guidance to the art team.
- Knowledge Sharing & Team Development: Foster a collaborative environment by sharing your expertise and mentoring junior artists.
- Recruitment & HR Support: Contribute to the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating potential talent for the character art team.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing your exceptional character art skills, demonstrating a strong understanding of anatomy, form, and visual storytelling.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in AAA game development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality characters for action titles.
- Exceptional artistic vision and the ability to translate concepts into compelling character designs that resonate with players.
- A deep understanding of art fundamentals, including shape, form, texture, value, and color.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, enabling you to effectively convey your ideas and collaborate with the team.
