Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to a Partner, including opening, closing, and maintaining legal files.

Prepare, edit, and revise pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Manage calendars and reminder systems for lawyers, coordinate meetings and conferences, and screen, answer, and/or route calls, email, and letters.

Manage dockets and prepare accounts, and assist with other administrative needs as necessary.

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant, solid understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.

Positive, proactive, even-keeled, team player attitude, excellent communication, practice management, and problem-solving skills.
