About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Account Executive to join our team at McLean & Company, a division of Info-Tech Research Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and supporting the continued organizational growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through daily outreach and research, leveraging your network and prospect research to generate net-new sales opportunities.
  • Work marketing leads and conduct coordinated cross-channel outreach into your assigned territory to book sales presentations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare for sales presentations by customizing PowerPoint presentations to align with the target audience, and execute sales appointments to a high standard leveraging the "Value Selling" framework.
  • Successfully manage, progress, and forecast sales opportunities through the pipeline in an efficient manner, and actively participate in ongoing sales coaching and training activities.
  • Provide senior leadership team with on-going customer feedback to help shape sales and marketing effectiveness, product improvement, and innovation.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a B2B Sales role, selling to executives.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales organization.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
  • Committed to continuous growth and owning your personal learning journey.
