Job Title: Starbucks Store Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and store operators to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of baristas and store operators to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
