These foundational principles set up partners for success for careers in store management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Preferably with experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 15.88 kilograms/35 lbs.
Working Conditions:
- Generally in an indoor setting, with occasional outdoor activities and events.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
- Exposure to a warm/hot environment and occasional exposure to heat/cold during outdoor activities.
- Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment.
