Job Description

Primary Job Functions:

The Store Leader role is a hands-on experience that will develop your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen, all to build your understanding of store management. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, create and develop great teams, and build a meeting place in your community that nurtures customers. These foundational principles set up partners for success for careers in store management and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Preferably with experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 15.88 kilograms/35 lbs.


Working Conditions:

  • Generally in an indoor setting, with occasional outdoor activities and events.
  • Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
  • Exposure to a warm/hot environment and occasional exposure to heat/cold during outdoor activities.
  • Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment.
