- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Certifications: Food Safe Level 1 and WHIMIS certification an asset.
- Competitive Salary: $19.73 per hour.
