About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Agropur Coopérative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in the industrial segment
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, competitive trends, and P&L management
  • Bilingualism (English and French) with frequent communication with partners, customers, and/or employees outside Quebec
  • Sound command of standard computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
