Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Agropur Coopérative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in the industrial segment
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, competitive trends, and P&L management
- Bilingualism (English and French) with frequent communication with partners, customers, and/or employees outside Quebec
- Sound command of standard computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
