Senior Pursuit Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Pursuit Specialist. As a key member of our pursuit team, you will be responsible for leading pursuits from initiation to client selection, managing large teams, and meeting high-pressure deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead pursuits from initiation to client selection, including all submittals.
- Manage large pursuit teams and meet high-pressure deadlines.
- Understand the required experience, knowledge, and project types for the program.
- Work closely with project managers, marketers, and business developers to coordinate subconsultants and subject matter experts.
- Evaluate content, both technical and non-technical, and edit proposal sections.
- Gather information on past project experience and develop personnel resumes.
- Conduct market sector research, identifying trends, growth areas, market changes, and competitor analysis.
- Assist with capture planning and maintain accurate pursuit status reports in CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services.
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
- Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.

The expected compensation range for this position is $51,128.00 - $73,040.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
