Senior Pursuit Specialist

As a Senior Pursuit Specialist, you will play a key role in our team's success by leading pursuits from initiation to client decision. You will work closely with business development and marketing leadership, as well as other leaders across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pursuits from initiation to client decision, including all submittals.
- Manage large pursuit teams and high-pressure deadlines with diligence.
- Understand the required experience, knowledge, and project types for the program.
- Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to develop winning proposals.
- Evaluate content and edit proposal sections to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Conduct market sector research to identify trends, growth areas, and competitor analysis.
- Assist with capture planning and maintain accurate pursuit status reports in our CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

The expected compensation range for this position is $51,128.00 - $73,040.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
