Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Pursuit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pursuit team, you'll be responsible for leading pursuits from initiation through qualifications, proposal, interview, and selection phases. You'll work closely with business development and marketing leadership, market sector leadership, principals, managing principals, and other leaders across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pursuits from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality submittals.
  • Manage large pursuit teams and high-pressure deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to develop and execute pursuit strategies.
  • Evaluate content, edit proposal sections, and complete government forms and client questionnaires.
  • Conduct market sector research, identify trends, and analyze competitor activity.
  • Assist with capture planning and maintain accurate pursuit status reports in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.

The expected compensation range for this position in Toronto, ON, is $51,128.00 - $73,040.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
