Senior Pursuit Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Pursuit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pursuit team, you will be responsible for leading pursuits from initiation to client decision, ensuring timely and high-quality submittals.
Responsibilities:- Lead pursuit teams and manage large-scale projects with diligence and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to develop and execute pursuit strategies.
- Evaluate content and edit proposal sections to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform pursuit decisions.
- Maintain accurate pursuit status reports and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
