Job Title: Senior Pursuit Specialist

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to lead our pursuit teams and manage large-scale proposals. As a Senior Pursuit Specialist, you'll work closely with business development and marketing leadership to develop and execute winning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pursuit teams from initiation to client selection, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage large-scale proposals, including content development, editing, and formatting.
  • Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to develop winning proposals.
  • Evaluate content and edit proposal sections to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Assist with capture planning and maintain accurate pursuit status reports in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
