Office Administration Specialist

Inland Lock Doctor Ltd is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operational activities. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within our team.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Facilitate the flow of information among team members.
- Manage incoming mail and other correspondence.
- Organize and plan daily operational tasks.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
- Respond to electronic inquiries.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Conduct data entry tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Familiarity with database and accounting software.
- Experience with human resources software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Accurate and reliable in task execution.
- Effective time management skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability.
