Position Overview: As a Senior Civil Engineer at Integrated Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects that integrate various engineering disciplines to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a range of technical tasks in Civil, Geotechnical, and Environmental engineering.
  • Conduct comprehensive front-end, preliminary, and detailed designs across diverse technical environments, emphasizing Civil and Geotechnical engineering.
  • Evaluate engineering documentation, including Design Basis Memorandums and Geotechnical Reports, while ensuring the accuracy of Construction Completions Reports.
  • Perform site assessments and inspections to ensure project compliance and quality.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
  • Design and implement intricate engineering and field programs tailored to project needs.
  • Build and maintain essential relationships with clients, technical teams, government officials, and technology providers.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project timelines for deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute multi-disciplinary project strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Proven experience in storm and sanitary sewer design, as well as stormwater management design and modeling.
  • Expertise in Civil earthworks design, including stormwater reservoirs, earthen structures, and roadway systems.
  • Skilled in preparing clear and detailed reports, construction execution plans, and technical presentations.
  • Experience in geotechnical design and analysis, particularly with slope stability software.
  • Strong English communication skills, with a background in drafting and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with key North American industrial sectors, such as mining or oil and gas, is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
