As a key member of our team at Associated Engineering, you will play a vital role in the development and inspection of urban roadway and highway projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of transportation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited institution to oversee project specifications.
- Apply your 3+ years of experience in urban roadway and/or highway construction inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Leverage your familiarity with traffic accommodation and jurisdictional guidelines to enhance project efficiency.
- Proactively identify field issues and collaborate with Project Managers and Designers to propose effective solutions.
- Employ your 3+ years of experience in computer-aided design and drafting to develop roadway projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in roadway design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Assist in estimating, preparing tender documents, and managing contract administration.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear project discussions.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively as a committed team player while also being capable of independent work.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and be prepared for travel within Canada.
