- Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that our team members are meeting their full potential.
- Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Conditions: Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies, including handling heavy loads, physically demanding tasks, and standing for extended periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
