Restaurant Operations Manager

Mama Mia Italian Kitchen is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee staff performance and provide guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Recruit and train new staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Manage inventory and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- The role requires standing for extended periods and maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate inventory management and customer satisfaction.
