Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mama Mia Italian Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff performance, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and improve staff performance to ensure excellent customer service
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Physically demanding work environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift heavy objects
- Permanent full-time position with 35-40 hours per week
- English language required
