Restaurant Operations Manager
Mama Mia Italian Kitchen is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Italian kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, planning and organizing daily operations, and recruiting staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of our growing restaurant
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality service
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best prices and quality
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing and walking
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff and customers
