Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mama Mia Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and efficiency
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit and train new staff members to ensure a high level of customer service
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of communication
- 35 to 40 hours per week
