About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through outbound sales calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients to offer janitorial and non-janitorial services
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Research and identify businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services
  • Manage and update the CRM database, including scheduled calls, client records, and appointments
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
  • Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary
  • 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable
  • Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process
  • Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Prior experience using CRM systems
