Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of construction cost analysis
Primary Duties:
  • Develop comprehensive estimates for labor and material expenses
  • Create pre-qualification documents for prospective clients
  • Evaluate bids and provide recommendations for contract awards
  • Establish and maintain cost tracking systems
  • Interpret and analyze architectural drawings and specifications
Position Details:
  • Full-time employment
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Standard work hours of 35 hours per week
