Senior Estimator for Building Projects – Full Time Opportunity

Parker Huggett specializes in the recruitment and selection of top-tier talent within the General Contracting industry. We are currently seeking an accomplished Estimating Leader to take charge of a prominent estimating department within a well-respected employee-owned construction firm.

About Our Client:

This organization is recognized as a Tier One General Contractor in the Buildings and Infrastructure Construction domain. The Vice President is actively searching for a leader to enhance the estimating capabilities of their successful team. The firm has successfully undertaken a variety of building projects valued between $20M and $700M, utilizing multiple contract models such as Collaborative Contracts, Design Build, and Construction Management.

With a strong presence in the market, this firm's Toronto District has consistently attracted top talent and is known for its legacy projects and positive work culture. Their remarkable growth trajectory in the Greater Toronto Area has established them as a leader in the industry, and they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to complete their team.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and a proven history of guiding successful teams on a diverse range of New Build Projects:

  4. Presently holding a position as Chief Estimator, Estimating Manager, or Estimating Lead
