Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of general management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and performance
- Bonus program amounts up to $20,000 per year depending on performance
- 8,000-$10,000 in tips, paid out weekly
