Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our kitchen operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our high standards.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and prepare accurate budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Work Environment

Our kitchen environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
