About the Role

SaskIT Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior management and staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Manage and maintain office equipment and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and clutter-free.
  • Communication
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and events as required.
    • Provide support for staff training and development.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Working Conditions

    • Work in a fast-paced office environment.

    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
