The Government of Saskatchewan is in search of a skilled Office Coordinator to enhance their operations in Regina. This role presents a chance to deliver extensive administrative assistance in a dynamic and varied setting.
- Ensure documents are formatted accurately and proofread meticulously
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of business expense reports and contractual agreements
- Organize meetings and training sessions
- Keep records updated and provide essential backup support
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required
- Familiarity with software tools such as Zoom, WebEx, and others is advantageous
