Job Summary

This role provides exceptional customer service while overseeing slot machines in a designated area of the casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with jackpot payouts, resolving machine-related issues, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Slot Machine Oversight: Monitor and maintain slot machines, including verifying and processing jackpots, short pays, and cancelled credits.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and pleasant environment for customers, including performing hopper fills and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, licensing laws, and internal control objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives and support a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Licensing: Ability to successfully obtain a gaming license.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
  • Adaptability: Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule, including non-traditional hours and varying shifts.
