This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while overseeing the slot machines in a designated area of the casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with jackpot payouts, resolving machine-related issues, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive experience in the casino.
- Slot Machine Operations: Monitor and maintain slot machines, including verifying and processing jackpots, short pays, and cancelled credits.
- Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy environment for customers, including performing hopper fills and ensuring the area is free from clutter.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide support as needed.
- Education: High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
- Licensing: Ability to successfully obtain a gaming license.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
- Adaptability: Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule, including working non-traditional hours and rotating shifts.
